Shows & News
I enjoy going to shows, but they are a lot of work. I don't show every weekend and usually choose shows within a two hour drive of my home base in Hillsburgh Ontario.
We (the dogs and I) take a picnic lunch and have a lot of fun !
We are very please to say that both Miss Marple (leo) and Nestle (berner) have achieved their CHAMPION titles !!
Tango is doing well in her show career and has earned six points.

I have earned titles on the dogs I own. My berner Cadbury was my first home bred Champion.
One of my puppy buyers put the first CD (Champion Dog) on a KUMNC dog.
My first CD was on the first berner I owned, Gwen. My first DDX (Draft Dog Excellent) was on her daughter Lynn, a KUMNC bred girl. She was from my first litter.
I have yet to earn any titles in agility, rally or tracking. They are all on my "To Do List" ! It's not easy when all your dogs are breeding girls. With heat cycles and litters, they have down time from showing. Confirmation is the only one they are allowed to do while in heat.

Ch. Kumnc Myles of Birch Bark, has been very busy he now has a DD (Draft Dog title) and is scheduled to get his DDX in October. He has added Barn hunts to his resume, He really enjoyed playing find the rat. He is also a Certified St. John's Therapy dog. See his other accomplishments in the extended family section.
In 2011 Miss Marple got her championship so she is now Ch. KUMNC Miss Marple CGN.
Nestle got her Champion title on November 27th, 2011.
